Led by myself, a trained and experienced Doula and a Gentle Sleep Coach, accredited by OCN London and the Child Sleep Institute in the Canada.

The Gentle Dream Approach: Learn about my gentle and respectful approach to help your child develop sleep habits while also allowing you to offer continuous comfort and support throughout the entire process.
Navigating Night Waking: Get practical strategies for managing night waking and promoting longer stretches of sleep, all while meeting your baby's needs with empathy and compassion.
Troubleshooting Sleep Issues: Address common sleep concerns such as nap transitions, early waking, and bedtime battles with my guidance.
Building Confidence as a Parent: Gain confidence in your ability to support your baby's sleep needs while fostering a strong parent-child bond based on trust and responsiveness.
