Sleep challenges are one of the most common struggles families face during the first year and beyond — especially between 5 and 18 months, when regressions, developmental milestones and separation anxiety can strongly impact sleep.

 

This Gentle Sleep Solutions Workshop has been lovingly created specifically for families with babies aged 5 to 18 months — a key stage where sleep patterns begin to mature and gentle guidance can make a lasting difference.

 

This is not about rigid schedules or leaving your child to cry alone.
It is about understanding sleep, building trust, and creating healthy, sustainable habits that support the whole family.

My intention with this workshop is not to tell you what you should do.

It is to empower you with knowledge, clarity, and confidence, so you can make choices that feel right for your family. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to sleep, but there are gentle, respectful ways to support better nights without pressure, unnecessarily tears, or guilt.

I want you to leave feeling reassured, informed, and trusting yourself again.

This 1.5 hour live online workshop offers a calm, respectful & realistic approach to sleep, suitable for a wide range of ages & family situations.

You will receive:

The workshop is led by me, Anna Roch Deus, founder of MyMamaDreams, certified Gentle Sleep Coach, Doula and Lactation Consultant, with years of experience supporting international families in Spain.

When my children were babies, nights felt long, confusing, and often overwhelming. I tried to do my best, followed advice, listened to my instincts and still found myself doubting, questioning, and feeling exhausted.

What I wish, from the bottom of my heart, is that I had the knowledge I have now.

With time, learning, and experience, I discovered that sleep does not need to be a battle. Through consistency, understanding, and a positive, gentle approach, my children gradually became confident sleepers. Today, they sleep beautifully, not because they were forced, but because they felt safe, understood, and supported.

 

This workshop was born from that journey.

I created it because I truly want things to feel easier for you than they felt for me. I want to share everything I know, both professionally and personally, so you don’t have to navigate sleep challenges alone, full of doubt or exhaustion.

Workshop structure (2 hours)

FIRST HOUR – FOUNDATIONS OF SLEEP (ALL AGES)

• Age-appropriate sleep needs between 5–18 months
• Awake windows and sleep pressure
• Naps and daily rhythm
• Bedtime routines and sleep environment
• Common regressions (especially 8–10 months)
• Separation anxiety
• Teething, illness and travel
• When structure becomes helpful

SECOND HOUR – LIVE Q&A (PERSONALISED SUPPORT)

During the second hour, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Ask your specific questions

  • Share your current challenges

  • Receive tailored, gentle guidance for your child’s age and situation

 

If we run out of time, you are warmly invited to email your questions afterwards — every question will be answered with care.

Not at all. This workshop is suitable for all parents, whether this is your first introduction to sleep guidance or you already have some experience.

Is this suitable for all parenting styles?

Yes. The workshop is grounded in gentle, evidence‑based principles and avoids any harsh or distressing techniques.
