Gentle Baby & Infant Sleep Online Workshop, Barcelona

This workshop is for you if:


  • You struggle with your child's sleep overall.

  • You find it hard to get your child to sleep at nap times.

  • You are exhausted due to waking several times a night.

  • You need to get more rest and time for yourself.

  • You would like to have a plan to follow that is consistent with your family's approach.


During this workshop, I provide support and guidance to alleviate these concerns and help your child and family sleep better.


The Gentle Baby & Infant Sleep Online Workshop (Barcelona) is designed for expectant families and families with babies and infants up to 6 years olds, taking place on the 23rd of August 2023 at 11am to 12pm (Spain/CET).


In this session we will cover a series of topics on the basics of infant sleep, including:

  • Routine

  • Bedroom environment

  • Avoiding overtiredness

  • Sleep tools

  • Sleep coaching methods

  • And more…

I will be following a gentle approach to sleep practices, focusing on building the bond between baby and caregiver and how this can positively affect sleep.


This will be an interactive session where we can discuss all of the topics covered one by one, so you will be able to ask any questions in regards to your particular case.

I specialise in guiding families through the developmental sleep phases their little ones experience, employing gentle and evidence-based practices. I’m accredited from OCN London and the Child Sleep Institute in the US. I have learned a comprehensive understanding of the intricate biological dynamics involved in an infant’s sleep.


Through personal experience with my own child’s recurring fevers and their profound effect on sleep, I was motivated to acquire specialised knowledge by seeking guidance from reputable sleep clinics and experts. From personal experience as a new mama and as an expat living in London, I understand the unique challenges that come with becoming a parent while being away from home. I know first-hand how valuable the support of an expert can be, and now aim to help others have the best possible experience in their journey into parenthood.


Quality sleep plays a pivotal role in the holistic development of every child, and it’s equally vital for the well-being of parents. As parents, it is our responsibility to educate our children about the importance of developing healthy sleep habits. By doing so, we can help them build a strong foundation for their overall development and instill practices that will benefit them throughout their adult lives.


By embracing a gentle and nurturing approach to sleep practices, my primary focus is on fostering a robust bond between the infant and caregiver. This special connection holds the power to profoundly influence the quality of sleep. My goal is to create a tranquil and harmonious environment that promotes restfulness for both the child and their caregivers.


Through empathetic understanding and genuine connection with your child's unique needs, you will not only gain profound insights into their world but also establish the groundwork for their long-term success and well-being. I firmly believe that cultivating a secure attachment with your child is paramount in ensuring they experience restorative and high-quality sleep.
