Cancellation Policy

Please note: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know with at least 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise, 70% of the session fee will be retained to cover administrative costs and reserved time. Due to the nature of my work as a doula, I may occasionally need to attend a birth at short notice. In such cases, appointments might need to be rescheduled. I will always do my best to provide as much notice as possible and to find a new time that suits you.
