GENTLE SLEEP SOLUTIONS WORKSHOP

Gentle Sleep

FOR EXPECTANT PARENTS & FAMILIES WITH BABIES
TODDLERS AND CHILDREN

A compassionate, evidence‑based and holistic approach to better sleep without unecessary tears or pressure

Parenthood is beautiful…
AND SLEEP CAN FEEL HARD

If you are feeling exhausted, overwhelmed by conflicting advice, or simply want to start on the right foot, you are not alone.

Sleep challenges are one of the most common struggles families face from the first days with a newborn, through regressions, milestones, teething, travel, illness, and into the toddler and early childhood years.

This Gentle Sleep Solutions Workshop has been lovingly created to support all parents, whether you are expecting your baby, navigating the early months, or supporting an older child who needs clearer boundaries and more confidence around sleep.

This is not about rigid schedules or leaving your child to cry alone.
It is about understanding sleep, building trust, and creating healthy, sustainable habits that support the whole family.
