Fully online live sessions from the comfort of your home. Learn how birth really works, gain confidence navigating hospitals and the Spanish healthcare system, understand newborn care, sleep, and breastfeeding and create a clear, supportive birth & postpartum plan. Join other couples who are walking the same journey and leave with practical tools, emotional confidence, and a sense of community as you step into parenthood together.

Cancellation Policy
Please note: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know with at least 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise, 70% of the session fee will be retained to cover administrative costs and reserved time. Due to the nature of my work as a doula, I may occasionally need to attend a birth at short notice. In such cases, appointments might need to be rescheduled. I will always do my best to provide as much notice as possible and to find a new time that suits you.
