Three live online sessions + one in-person gathering in Barcelona. Learn how birth really works, gain confidence navigating hospitals and the Spanish healthcare system, understand newborn care, sleep, and breastfeeding and create a clear, supportive birth & postpartum plan. Join other couples who are walking the same journey and leave with practical tools, emotional confidence, and a sense of community as you step into parenthood together.

Please note: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know with at least 48 hours’ notice. Otherwise, 70% of the session fee will be retained to cover administrative costs and reserved time. Due to the nature of my work as a doula, I may occasionally need to attend a birth at short notice. In such cases, appointments might need to be rescheduled. I will always do my best to provide as much notice as possible and to find a new time that suits you.
